Rules & Regulations

School Guidelines

Ensuring a disciplined and conducive environment for learning

1. General Rules

  • Students must arrive at school at least 10 minutes before the bell rings. Latecomers will not be allowed without a valid note from parents.
  • Every student must carry their school diary and ID card every day.
  • Care must be taken of all school property. Any damage will be charged to the student responsible.
  • No valuable items, electronic gadgets, or mobile phones are allowed inside the school premises.

2. Attendance & Leave

  • 75% attendance is mandatory for appearing in final examinations.
  • Leave for more than three days must be sanctioned by the Principal in advance.
  • In case of illness, a medical certificate must be submitted.
  • A student absenting themselves without prior information for more than a week will have their name struck off the rolls.

3. Uniform & Hygiene

  • Students must wear the prescribed, properly washed, and ironed uniform.
  • Shoes must be polished daily.
  • Boys must have a short and neat haircut. Girls with long hair must tie it in neat braids.
  • Nails must be cut short and kept clean.

4. Examination & Promotion

  • Promotion to the next higher class depends on the combined result of all assessments throughout the year.
  • Any student found using unfair means during assessments will be awarded a zero in that subject and strict disciplinary action will follow.
  • Absence from assessments will not be re-examined.

Guidelines for Parents/Guardians

  • Parents should check their ward's school diary daily and ensure assignments are completed.
  • Ensure that your child comes to school in proper uniform and brings all necessary books and materials.
  • Any change in contact number or address must be immediately notified to the school office.
  • Parents are not allowed to meet their children or their teachers during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.
  • Constructive suggestions from parents are always welcome and can be discussed during Parent-Teacher Meetings.
